well when he was listed at 196 at Louisville, and he tried to bulk up to 214 at the combine and then coming in at 207 at his pro day then i think i have a point...and no im actually taller and bigger than teddy bridgewater if you were wondering

It's not his fault where he was drafted though. There were unrealistic expectations for Ponder because the Vikings were idiotic enough to waste a #12 pick on him. I place more blame on the organization for him not panning out than Ponder himself. It would be best for everyone involved for the Vikings to just release him at this point.

garcia made a few probowls and threw for 30+tds twice in an era when it meant something
Id say getting a qb like garcia at the end of first round is a success, especially for a team thats been starved for decent qb play.
if people think they are getting an elite qb or a great qb with teddy, then obviously they're delusional. but he can be in the good/very good range.
