I only saw the last drive and was real impressed with Teddy and #83. 83 made some great catches and he was who Teddy was looking for that whole drive. I dont watch a lot of preseason football but it looked like the Cards blitzed on about every snap in that last drive and he handled it well. Didn't start getting happy feet, just got through his progressions quick and got the ball out.

If #83 is really that good, he can have Simpsons spot because he showed some great hands and an ability to go up ans get the ball. Great to see that from Teddy though.

Actually, back when we debated this... I said to you that I give him until year three to show me something because statwise he wasn't that bad... Three games into last season(his third year ) I said the experiment was over.

The defense still has some work to do... But I assume we will be better once we settle SS. Sharif Floyd looked good. Barr looked good rushing the passer, but his linebacker instincts just aren't there yet... Greenway looked good in the run, horrible in the pass. He should not be on the field during passing downs... I

garcia made a few probowls and threw for 30+tds twice in an era when it meant something

Id say getting a qb like garcia at the end of first round is a success, especially for a team thats been starved for decent qb play.

if people think they are getting an elite qb or a great qb with teddy, then obviously they're delusional. but he can be in the good/very good range.
