We're back on for Vol. 2 of Push, Buried, Release. Last week featured three of the next generation of Big Men in the WWE in Big Cass, Braun Strowman, and Baron Corbin with the general concensus being that Strowman should have a rocket strapped to his back, Corbin should be on Job Patrol for a little more seasoning, and that Big Cass should be shown the door. This week, at the request of a fellow user, features three former NXT Champions, as well as former/current World Champions of the WWE's Flagship Brand, Monday Night Raw.

(Note: Week 3's choices are already lined up, but I will be taking requests for week 4's three choices)

Seth Rollins

Push - Finn Balor

You might be surprised because I don't like vanilla midgets but he is money if done correctly. I pay attention to merch and even though he hasn't been on TV in months Finn's stuff still moves. You know WWE was pissed he wasn't available to build a Halloween push around. And that is why...

Bury - Seth Rollins

He's got to be punished for injuring Sting, Balor, and Himself, all which cost WWE hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Release - KO

After the 'Best Friends' gimmick is over and he drops that red belt where does he go outside of Rusev random feud territory? He'll probably be jobbing to Big Cass this time next year. Save us the random feuds and bad comedy now.

Push Rollins.
He's one of the best in ring talents currently in the E, decent on the stick. He needs a change up tho. Current run is doing nothing for me.

Bury Owens.
This was a tough choice between him and Rollins. Owens is good in ring and his trash talk in ring is :ohlawd:. But he looks like complete shyt. Hit the gym. Dude outchea looking pregnant.

Release Balor.
Seems to personify vanilla indy midget wrestlers for me. His demon persona doesn't work for me because you can't be intimidating at 5'7.
:manny:
Disclaimer: I haven't seen much of him, and this could change when he comes back.

There is literally no farther to push Kevin Owens, at this point.

Since Seth had his year last year, and Kevin Owens is currently in the midst of his biggest push...Balor seems the most logical one worth pushing, but that's only because he's injured now, and has lost the spotlight.

Let's not forget: Balor is the high draft pick guy who beat Roman and Seth to win the RAW belt in his first couple matches.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins went from near-babyface workhorse to maligned runner-up. The booking gave him glaringly obvious face turn segments, then took away his heel loss armor, reducing him to almost Dolph Ziggler levels of blandness.

Reverse some of the damage with your main eventer, lest he become a midcarder forever.

Push: Seth Rollins

Well, this is easy.

Kevin Owens has been running the show - even saying so as blatantly as possible - bury the fukk out of him now. It's what happens to chickenshyt heels.

Losing Jericho's support is the beginning, which is why it's been surprisingly properly teased to oblivion.

Bury: Kevin Owens

I know when he ends up successful as all hell (as evidenced by his reception on RAW, and winning a title), I'll look stupid. I'm already aware of that.

Having been a face of NXT, and with all indications of WWE having no problems making him the face of the company, there's not much higher for Finn Balor to go.

Fergal Devitt was most entertaining as a brazen and cocky heel; the glimpses we got in WWE just made him look stupid and nonsensical. And c'mon, Demon Balor debuted on a random RAW.

The NXT run exposed his flaws, overexposed his love for LEGO, and produced so many matches that felt like he's going through the motions.

Release: Finn Balor

EDIT - votes for Vol. 4 - REP SDSET

Mojo Rawley, Aiden English, Jason Jordan

Push - Im pushing Finn his gimmick alone prints money and you can eventually turn him heel and align him with gallows and Anderson.

Bury - I would burry Seth by having him loose matches until he finally reunites the shield .

Release - I would "release" Kevin Owens and let him comeback after he has a indy run.

We saw how the push with Finn ended :usure:

I might push Rollins with a shield reunion
Bury KO
Release Finn (and "The Club")

But honestly all of them deserve to stay. Great choices OP :salute:

Push Rollins - either go full out with him as a face or make him a heel but just copy everything about Michael's early HBK gimmick with a interfering female valet and complete self-absorbed egomaniac persona

Bury Finn - I have always thought dude was overrated as fukk but his look will sell a billion masks and tshirts to little kids and socially awkward "Its Still Real To ME!" adult males regardless of Finn's win/loss record

Release Owens - he's got a future putting on forgettable matches with Kyle O'Reilly in ROH

Out of the choices and what's been seen so far?
you have to say PUSH Rollins as the face champion since he deserves it for not really losing the belt and getting injured

I guess Bury Owens. Kind of hard.

Balor would have to be released because he hasn't proven to be a factor on the roster compared to the other two.

Release balor simply because youve lost nothing, and he can go to nipw again, become even bigger (imagine him as a babyface vs omega or cody to end the bulletclub) and maybe cime back

Bury owens, he has had a cup of coffee at the top, he is good but i think we've seen his ceiling.

Push rollins with the same babyface push i know wwe can do when they care. If he got the reigns push the fued vs rusev would've been hot asf.
