Never even looked at it like that.

Dont care about resentment part, as that seems on some gossipy shyt.

But the take that he has represented nyc hiphop culture better than most rappers from here, kept the energy from the 90’s while staying clear of goofy trends, rings true.

Yeah i know his roots in Virginia but clipse is very nyc hiphop

Why do Jim hate Pusha so much?

It's weird
And Jim always quick to ask people name 5 songs by the artist whether Pusha or Nas. Its like the nygga blind to how many people actually goes to their shows. Of course people know the songs Jimmy. complete idiot

He doesn’t. He was asked in an interview if Pusher is top 50 and he said he doesn’t think so.

That’s his personal opinion and in a genre with a history as long as hip hop there’s nothing wrong with his opinion.

People started coming at him for his opinion so he doubled down and said fukk yall nikkas you not gonna tell a Harlem nikka how to think. :mjlol:

NYers low-key hate anybody in rap that ain't from NY, has longevity, and critical acclaim because they swear some dusty nikka from a 97' Clue tape spits better but the industry just wasn't ready:hubie:
Pusher and his brother are originally from the Northeast Bronx. After they moved to VA they still spent every summer with their grandma over here.

I always wondered if Pusha was Jamaican because he’s from Uptown and always sprinkle in patois in his shyt.

I don't think he is Jamaican. He probably picked it up from being around them, Gun Hill is Little Jamaica
