Night life (Friday and Saturday) I recommend Somar in Oakland. Era pops off too and while I bagged some bad shorties there I don’t like it too much idk why. If you find yourself in SJ, check out a spot called Myth.

Berkeley I love going there but never went out at night.

Enjoy the Bay tho bro. As a NYer I got genuine love for the Bay, real people out here always showed me love.

When I was on the double-decker, there was a store with a woman's legs hanging out the side of the structure. The tour guide said u can get a medical card somewhere in the Haight-Ashbury hood.....

For some good street fried seafood Hit Pier 39. Good spots out there. I wanna go back.

I think there's a black panther exhibit at the oakland museum going on right now. After that you can check out Lake Merritt which is close by. From the Lake, you can cruise up e14/International and hit a taco truck, Sinaloa's is good, or go to Guadalajara, which is a bomb mexican restaurant nearby. In n Out is a close drive away as well, if you're curious about trying it.

In Berkeley, my favorite restaurant is Stella Nonna. There's a good pho spot a block away too. The UC Berkeley campus is nice and you can check out Telegraph ave, though it's not nearly as dope as it used to be.

If you smoke, there's BPG (Berkeley Patient's Group), or you can go to eaze.com and have some delivered to your door in twenty minutes.

For some nature, if you're mobile, Cataract Falls in Marin is an amazing hike, if not a bit far out. You can drive the golden gate bridge afterwards.

For nightlife, you can head out to Oakland and hit up Era, Lieg, New Karibbean City, Somar for clubbing

SF has a ton of great scenic spots for pictures and touristy shyt if you’re into that.
I usually recommend ppl fukk with region specific shyt like the food.. hit mission district for mex food, embarcadero for seafood (kinda pricy but good ), avoid pier 39/fisherman’s wharf.

Tadich grill or sotto mare oysteria for cioppino, house of prime rib if u can get a table.
Lake Merritt in Oakland then up grand ave is cool to spend some time at. There’s a Cuban restaurant there with live music that’s good
Madoak in Oakland
Jack London square /plank in Oakland
Downtown Oakland is dead so avoid
I think emporium just opened in Oakland off telegraph, yelp it and check. They have one in sf it’s a big ass bar with pool tables, arcades and shyt. But it’s in Oakland so less vegans and crackers maybe
Drakes dealership is a brewery with good beer and average food

Sf and oak both have a lot of diff cuisines to try. Ethiopian, Burmese, top tier Japanese/sushi spots (more in sf), Thai, Peruvian, etc.

Those are the things I usually try to hit when I go somewhere new: the touristy/scenic sites, good bars/places to drink, and food I can’t find back home
