This is the most underrated part of last nights win.

I'd have been WORRIED if Melo had an MVP conversation type game & dropped 38 pts & we won...because we'd all be like...
We ain't shyt if Melo isn't hitting.

But instead, our offense worked well together & most importantly...

Melo had 5 ASSISTS.

This was a terrible team... but the knicks beat the shyt out of them, that's very cool to experience. Look forward to Melo/KP shooting better, but when you design a team like this -- with a bunch of pretty solid players THIS is the kind of performance you hope for, one where contributions come from all over.

Exactly . If our whole team is able to contribute all year ( and to the Knicks haters I don't expect last nights performance for the whole year ) we will definitely be better , I remember so many leads or close games were lost last year when melo would go to the bench Now our second unit isn't just JR and nothing . Now Idk if better means 30 wins or 50 wins its too early to tell so I'll just enjoy the ride.

I wanted to tell you all yesterday my fellow Knickas that you were overreacting about Sasha V in the starting lineup. He got the start because:

A- He's knows the triangle & will keep it running.
B- He's a pesky defender & doesn't mind sacrificing his body whether it be on defense or diving for loose balls...pause.
C- He can shoot the 3 out of the double team at a good % to keep opposing defenses honest.
D- Moving Grant or Gallow to the starting lineup would mess up the chemistry of the second unit & we can't have that. Me & my boy said that during the preseason that the bench is solid this year for once.

He contributed exactly how I thought he would & it showed why Fish made the smart move.

Why is everyone so high on Boston? Their roster is much worse than the Knicks lol. I don't get why the Knicks get all this hate but Boston is seen as an up and coming threat with no stars.
