Kristaps is at least 2-3 years away from being on LMA's level.

His level now sure but I think LMA needed a guy like RoLo on his team years ago and would of looked better earlier if he had had a guy like that at center. He's a PF who shouldn't play most him minutes at center until he's old and not as mobile.

Grant and Gallo have to be subbed out at some point to rest. They can't play 48 mins. Jose only played 16 and only shot the ball 3 times. NY cut that 14 point lead to 4 with Jose and Sasha. Jose is not causing the losses.

The starting guard gave zero points and in Calderon's case a major defensive liability in games where the knicks only loss by a few points. Hell in this game the Bucks first two baskets were from attack Calderon in the PnR getting by him in the the paint and either scoring are passing out for an easy bucket.

I don't care about record this year. My only concerns for the season: seeing kristaps develop, seeing grant develop, seeing Galloway develop, seeing melo be aight and seeing fisher figure it out more. That's it,
fukk that
We got enough to make it to the playoffs if we smarten up
Tired of these low expectations

I'm not writing off the season yet, we're only 6 games in.

However, Fisher HAS to make a change to the backcourt. Vujacic & Calderon should never be on the court together.

And I'm not worried about Melo yet. It takes time for a player to get comfortable after having knee surgery.
It's just a little confusing because prior to the season Melo was saying he never felt better, and that he was in the best shape of his life.

So now we know its :duck: I guess.

Blame our best player of the night brehs and brehettes

If Jose took wide open shots he should've made em.

I already addressed melo with his inefficiency.

Everyone else should have made shots too. I take back what I said about 'Melo for this game only. He was doubled and tripled all night. Jason always does that to him. Jose only took 3 shots. Meanwhile, the rest of the team took more shots and missed. Jose didn't cost NY the game. The whole team did. KP playing less poorly than most of the rest of them doesn't change the fact that his defense on Henson was a major culprit in the loss.

Being scoreless didn't matter when it was Grant the other night, even though just like last night, NY needed offense. KP's defense on Henson was putrid, especially late and it was a major contributor to the loss. That said, in the last 3 games, NY's defense has been solid overall while their offense has fallen off a cliff and the players with the fewest fga's are not the father. Grant and Gallo missed more shots than Jose took. Meanwhile, Jose had 5 assists because he's a solid passer, who gets you solid looks every possession, and doesn't turn the ball over.

What team in the league doesnt rely on their starting backcourt to win games??

No team relies on their starting back court unless they're superstars. Name one team where this isn't true. Then tell us more about how Grant and Gallo can be relied upon to win games for NY.

He probably does feel good because he's probably no longer in pain. Having no lift doesn't hurt. He's hasn't played a lot, so now that fatigue has set in (which he didn't have early on in the preseason), it's affecting his shot.
