What you're saying doesn't make sense. A defender punking 1 player has nothing to do with his inability to punk another. Did you know J.J. Barea punks Curry? He can't punk every player. You're talking like last week was the 1st time Kawhi punked Durant. Kawhi usually punks Durant and usually gets abused by 'Melo. If you're confused about how this is possible, it's because Durant gets most of his buckets from the free throw line, off of screens, and wide open from the defense either crowding RW, or falling asleep. Fight over screens and it will be a long night for Durant. Why do you think KD actually said little Tony is in his head? 'Melo neither has, nor needs any of the things that KD relies on. Moreover, the Spurs still had to defend the guy with the bad knee as a team. The Spurs were sending him to Duncan, etc all night. In the pic below, he blows by Diaw, so Kawhi and Aldridge are waiting:
