Yes, ROH started it out, but these 2 alternatives helped out low key. PWG helped further the careers of many, but CZW played a hand as well.

PWG:

Neville, Omega (?), Joey Ryan (made a slight impact), Young Bucks, Davey Richards,

CZW:

Gulak, Cesaro (thanks to Hero), Briscoes, Adam Cole

Owens and Zayn made it big because of CZW, but it can be argued they made their name in PWG.

I'm sure I'm missing some others. :ld:

CZW serves as a starting platform. Wrestlers get noticed there by other indies, then they get noticed by the 'E in those indies.

For me CZW. Best of the Best and the tag division kept me fed. First saw Hero, Claudio, Steenerico, Briscos there. When I did see PWG of the same period I wasn't a fan of the work mostly. Didn't really get into PWG until :bryan: started working there more with Steenerico.

I thought RoH put on better technical matches and CZW did hardcore better. PWG was just there for awhile before it clicked for me.
