You cant make that comparison valid if you tried...First most people here are locked up due to the failing drug war in one way or another..possession,sale distribution and the associated crime and violence from dealers killing each other to addicts stealing to support their habit.

The fact that they dont have a drug problem actually points to lack of freedom..they usually execute drug offenders and have very harsh penalties for crime in general
