before this thread turns into an anti-Mooooslim hate fest, remember Qatar and the House of Saud are happy to sponsor death and destruction in Syria and give rise to the most violent, backward forces in the region while they tear the intellectual & cultural capital of the Arab world to pieces just to deprive Shiite Iran of its main ally.

It's not Muslims, Arabs in general are f*ck you bosses. It's not race/religion based, it's the culture, that's how they operate. Whatever they can get away with, they will. Unamericanized Arabs are by far the toughest people to do business with, even tougher than Latinos believe it or not. On some, "Make me rich, then I will pay you pennies". They're used to a royalty/merchant/serf culture. As you see even the ones that come over here from time to time get busted for having slaves, they don't view their counterparts as human beings. Guarantee you these workers get like a lump-sum payment of a quarter of what they worked for and get shipped back to India, where the abuse will continue . You can hate on America all you want, but even as black folk you have it better than 80% of the world.
