Would that mean that '"The Firm", "I Am...", and "Nastradamus" cancel out all the positives from "Illmatic" and "It Was Written"?

I'd agree, but for some reason stans always overrate "I Am..." on this board.

I Am one of my favorites I just think after Stillmatic and Godson album he just went into another level that most wouldn't be able to. Just think Illmatic was 20 years ago.

To me in the 90s Nas was just the god mc of that era even during the pink suit IWW days his skill was always there. The 2000s he grew soo much just listen to Distant Relatives. Dude has been much better this decade as crazy as that sound.
