Piers was mentioning Compton’s reputation, as if Meghan, who has gone on to be an actress, and has displayed no violent, ghetto, or gang affiliation whatsoever would have castles shot up. There is no way they would say a white woman from West Virginia would would bring meth and heroin. There is no way they would say a white American woman might have a school shooter in her family, or people overdosing on opioids at the royal wedding.

Piers is in denial. He might be socially myopic but he is not so dumb that he will not get it if it is explained to him in the right way.
