I don’t think so. I’m pretty sure my license was flagged in one state for riding dirty and I was able to get a license in another state with no issue

Yeah my license was suspended but in a different state from where my license is from.
I checked online and nothing has changed on my license yet (I think it's pending) but the site is saying I could face legal issue if I use false statements on the request online form.
I just need ID honestly. Some people are saying to do it some people are saying not to

No you can't. They implemented a system to stop people from getting a license in another state if their license was suspended in their home state. This needs to be out-lawed, because many people wounded up not being able to renew their license because they had a similar first name, last name, and birthday to that person who's license was suspended in that other state. In other words, you could be a victim of mistaken identity, and forced to pay the fines of that other person who had your first and last name. Getting a lawyer would be useless because the lawyer fees are usually more than the fine. Blacks and Latinos are affected by this the most, because a lot of them have similar first and last name, for example John Brown, Alex Rodríguez, etc...
This is when I found out the drivers license, birth certificate, etc..., was all one big racket. Of course cops don't want you to know this, because they get paid mostly off of Black people having a drivers license, but hardly ever for stopping crime. It's really another form of slave catching, without having to kill you or take you to jail, even though they'll still kill a Black person in a heart beat when they pull them over. There's really no law requiring you to have a drivers license or license tags. It's all voluntary, just like income taxes. But the public has been duped into thinking these things are law, when they're just policies not backed by any law. All congressmen know this. As this system keeps collapsing, more and more people will have no choice but to wake up. We the people really run the show. We just allowed ourselves to fall asleep.

If you just need ID, why wouldn't a suspended license prove your ID? I thought it just suspends your driving privileges.
Also like the poster above said, just get a non-drivers ID.
Get yourself a passport card. It's like $30 IIRC and you can apply at the post office.

Well I’m from Ga but work elsewhere
I checked my drivers license number in Ga and it says I’m valid no citations, even though in the state I work in says my license is being withheld.
I tested out the order form online and it asks if my license is being withheld and I said yes.
Then it asks me if it’s been suspended or revoked and I said no (not in the state of Florida) and it just sent me on for payment without any questions asked. Technically, without any false statements
I just trying to figure out if the state I work in will figure out if I ordered another license or not

An actual passport or is there something called a passport card?
and as far as a state ID, I’m going tomorrow to get one.
probably will get an actual passport once I get my SSID in the mail

Well, most states provide a regular ID, it doesn't necessarily have to be a driver's license.
