That was probably the best scene in the whole movie including action...and that's fukking sad..

I think the problem is Marvel created the wrong expectations. If they'd been clear up front that it was gonna be a Tony Stark centric movie and didn't hype up the Mandarin so much, I doubt there would've been as many critics of the movie as there are now.

If you go into the movie knowing what it is, it's honestly not as bad as people claim.

I still can't believe that that was an Iron Man Movie. I sat through almost an Hour of that Movie and I was in Prayer that it wouldn't Suck but I just didn't see any Light at the end of the Tunnel for this 1. Fresh Off The Avengers which was a Payoff in itself and this was what Marvel gives us? :scusthov:

It's not even all about how shytty of a Villian The 'Mandarin' was, there were plenty more things. A Movie with Extremis shouldn't have even had The Mandarin mentioned in it until the very very End if they wanted to Introduce him right, but instead you get
a Secret Scene with Mark Ruffalo/Banner/Hulk and Stark on some Dr. Drew shyt.:patrice: FOH
....this Movie made Die Hard Fans of Marvel completely look to Thor's The Dark World like "Please don't let us down Asgardian!" which he didn't. If I had to pick a better Movie then I'd definitely say Thor had it for 2013. Hopefully they'll make something Interesting out of the upcoming Marvel One Shot for Ben Kingsley/The Mandarin to redeem the TRUE Character or Iron Man Franchise.

Marvel better pray that Guardians doesn't come out and make The Avengers look like

because not everybody knows Guardians better than Avengers and I'm 1 of them.

Eh....movie was wack as fukk, and this doesn't excuse the suits being weak, because it's a cop-out....but they did explain why the suits were weak. He was staying up all night, 24/7, building shyt nonstop because he had PTSD. So he wasn't trying to make some next-level shyt, he was just killing time because he couldn't sleep.

Like I said this is still a cop-out because on top of that the one (if I remember correctly) functioning suit wasn't powered up, so he had to use the cheap ones. The reason I say this is still a cop-out is because it was an obvious attempt to bring the villains in the movie up to his level, because Ironman at full power would've wrecked their shyt in about 2 seconds.

All in all it was a terrible movie though.

The armor Tony was using for most of the film was explicitly stated to be a prototype, plus it was weaker as a result of Tony trying to build an armor that he could 'call' to him so it was all loose pieces and had no frame/skeleton.

How does that explain the other armors crumbling to dust?

Back on topic.. IM3 was the worst "super hero" movie ever. Let's have an Iron Man movie where Iron man doesn't suit up. :snoop:
If you really think about, he barely suited up the entire trilogy.

Iron Man 3 and TDKR were :camby:
Is too much to ask for comic book movie characters to be suited the fukk up??

The armors are weaker when deactivated? At the least they don't have additional shielding from the arc reactor. :yeshrug:

All Marvel flicks(with the exception of IM1 and Avengers) have been average to below average to me.They're all about building up hype and cashing out. They'll continue to put most of their efforts towards the Avengers sequels, but the solo films are just quick money grabs.

It's like they hit you with a D, C, C-....by the time they drop that B(the Avengers) it seems like a A+ compared to the prior mediocre shyt.

Besides IM1 and Avengers, I really can't fukk with Marvel.Even though I enjoyed the Avengers, the replay value just isn't there:ld:.I have no desire to watch that shyt again.IM1 is the only Marvel flick with replay value IMO.

I was feeling the first half of Captain America, but how the fukk does the movie start to go down hill ONCE HE BECOMES CAPTAIN AMERICA?:wtf:
