I have a girlfriend that live a few states over, she fell upon some hard times and called me an hour ago asking for $200....thing is she doesnt have a checking/bank account, no internet. Just a working cell phone and a currency exchange around the corner. Can I wire her some money over the phone coli?
If so, whats the process?

Fill in the info. It can deduct directly from a checking account or card.
She can go to any WU location and pick it up
