and that was my winning argument, Goldberg as the heel would have a 2 yr run barring injury.

yea they brought up Ryback but it was agreed among us all that Goldberg just had that aura about him,whether company generated or not, that would have seperated him from Ryback. as far as promos Goldberg>Ryback so i think that was another edge

Goldberg never went of script just because he wanted to, that kevin nash thing was a work. that was Vince Russo trying to be smark

He would've have been ryback level of over(probably more over) when he first started if Goldberg started in today's wwe.

Goldberg had that natural aura like jeff hardy, lesnar, the rock, etc.

Some wrestlers just had that "it factor" and he was one of them.

Ryback was fine until they felt the need to feed him to CM Punk.

I think Goldberg worked because his character was built by another wrestler (Kevin Sullivan) and not what the boss wanted

He wasn't fed to Punk, they had to weasel around him not beating Punk so that Punk could be fed to The Rock so The Rock could be fed to....

Whole shyt resulted in nothing, had the chance to make a huge babyface star they're trying to turn Reigns into

Rusev beasted until they fed him to Cena. That's the biggest problem with WWE. When a guy gets a debut undefeated run they have to see Cena and we know how that goes.
