Question for anyone with adhd or experience taking adhd supplements

I don't understand how this improves your quality of life. The homies were telling me how its gonna put me on my money and improve my mouthpiece so much ima be finessing bytches out the panties. they made it sound like the cure for life.

First I took 50. Made me feel more calm, content, focused. No euphoria and no energy in my brain at least. But I stayed up all night.

Then I tried to take a 100 before work because I heard it makes cleaning fun. Wow. No euphoria. Short term memory was completely gone. I couldn't even give my coworker change for a hundred dollar bill. I counted to 70 several times and got stuck. She had to push me out the way to do it herself. nikkas in line trying to fight me because I was forgetting their order right after they said them.

Am I doing something wrong or its just not for me?

What are you taking? Adderall? Concertra? Ritalin? Those are for people who actually have been clinically diagnosed with ADHD/ADD....I would assume that if you don't have those you wouldn't benefit from their usage.

BTW, I have adult ADD and currently take buproprion for that and anxiety/depression.

lol I think I am still feeling it cuz I woke up with a ton of energy and i can't eat.

Buproprion is good. No side effects...the only side effect is it will make you not want to smoke cigarettes...then again it was originally developed as a smoking cessation tool.

Adderall:

Your dose is way too high.

Starting dose for an adult is 20 mg twice a day.


Buproprion aka welbutrin:

Primarily used as an antidepressant.

But its often used to treat adhd.

For most people with adhd, welbutrin is not enough by itself.

That's why it's often prescribed in conjuction with a stimulant. Eg. As a booster to adderall.

Works well for people who have both adhd and depression.

average dose for an adult is 300mg taken once a day.

I take atomoxetine. It really helps me concentrate but it give me headaches and sometimes I just won't go to sleep.

I'm 6 sessions in to cognitive behavioural therapy which is really good too but I don't know if you might need to pay for that shyt if your american.

never smoked cigs and haven't smoked weed in the last two months to see if it would help my anxiety/depression. I can't tell if the anxiety makes me unfocused or if I have add as well. But I'm trying to actually make it better then just do dabs all day. I want to go back to school but i really want my head to be in the right place. So I don't waste time and money.
