Question for Criminal Law people and Folks that ever did time

I tried to look it up on Google. But I didn't really get anything.

So someone has been charged with a crime, got found guilty, and was given a sentence to state prison. Had to turn themselves, and chose not to. Now they on the run.

So if they caught, what could happen. Are they gonna get more time added or what?

You black right? You’ve been pulled over or stopped before if you are 100% point still stands but there’s your answer. Don’t know how much time but it can’t be a lot I knew a dude who killed somebody and they got him at the airport trying to flee to Russia. He got out in like 6 years

6 years for murder

I didn’t go to court for a traffic ticket
got a bench warrant for failure to appear
Got picked up while pumping gas by my house
spent almost 4 days in jail.


Gonna be way worse for your “friend” skipping out on an actual prison sentence.

Kamala Harris was AG at the time. These were white dudes I knew but yeah 6 for murder and another got 4 for AM charge. shyt my messycan boy didn’t see no time like that for an AM charge he did last year. He just on the monitor.
