In all my years I've been lucky enough to have everything I've bought show up. I'm a buyer only.

This month I had my first package disappear. It was shipped but just gets lost on the road and tracking stops. It never was delivered.

I was wondering does the seller give me my money back?

What was your experience???

A search on google is giving me different answers. It was about 40 dollars. Thanks.

Have to file a paypal dispute through ebay..
You should have buyer protection..
When you file a claim, eBay acts like a arbitrator to fix the problem..
Sometimes(depending on shipping company) scans are rarely updated and it may just magically show up..
I work for usps and it happens all the time:mjlol::francis:

Contact the seller and request refund. If seller don’t respond within 24 hours , report it to eBay customer support. If the seller doesn’t reach out within 7 days, u should receive a refund

U paid thru PayPal right ?

Thanks. It seems like i'm just going to give him the chance at a refund first. If there's issues with that I'll choose a next step.
@Kiyoshi-Dono you ever find something lost a month later or something? Do you just send it out. I feel like the USPS just says fukk it. Any point in calling the local office? :to:

I’ve been off and on my route due to health conditions..
What generally happens is the subs that work my route don’t give a shyt and misdeliver..
When I get back I usually find people’s packages in different boxes, different apts, send back, etc..
And I redeliver that day or the next day.
Sometimes carriers hide packages in the PO because they don’t feel like delivering. Many times I have found packages that don’t need signatures in the cage at night and just shake my head.
I only speak for myself when I say I actually take the time to get the packages to the right people but all carriers(I don’t care if it’s Ups to Amazon)there are shytty carriers and good ones..
Give it a week or go talk to the Station manager, to tell them what happen..
They may or may not help you due to the fact that supervisors are just as lazy as some carriers..
I hope your package shows up though

I took an L while selling my PS3. I dropped it off at the post office with a printed label. Didnt get a recept and it disappeared off the face of the earth. Ended up refunding the buyer close to $200. Lesson learned, get a receipt and tracking even if you have a label

go to usps and file a complaint, follow the links...detail the problem and the tracking #

there's a record of shenanigans being played with your mail and ask to be contacted via email and NOT by telephone
local supervisor of your usps branch will get heat put on them and will contact you in a few days about where your package is

the complaint will have some kind of #, save that number, should help you support your claim to paypal that you didn't get order and will put mail carrier (or whoever lifted your package) on notice that you're not the one for the tomfoolery.

:( Nope.

I just hit him with leading statement in the message. Something like "The mail confirmed they lost it, so you can just go ahead and refund my money now and i'll still leave positive feedback. Thanks"

He just refunded me.

You'll get your money back one way or another. It depends on the situation.

For instance my job cuts me $300 every 6 months for uniforms (money I can buy dress pants, socks, shoes, shirts , coats, etc) and we have a choice of going locally and buying approved gear, or getting it online. I went to ebay and copped 5 shirts and 3 sweaters brand new from Pennsylvania. Free shipping. The guy sent the shyt, valid tracking and all. My mail usually comes at 1pm and I was home that day. At 5:45pm I get a message from usps tracking saying my package was just delivered.
:comeon:. So at 8 in the morning im at the post office "yall say you dropped the package off at 5:45 pm....i was home... no package......."

"Well it says the carrier delivered it. We will contact the carrier then call you"

She printed out the claim form. I filled it out. 72 hours no contact then suddenly a package appears on my doorstep.

fukk USPS.
