Most apartment complexes are on a construction loan/mortgage and use the income they receive from their operations (i.e. rental income) to pay their mortgage. This is true whether its a company or an individual that mortgaged a commercial property.

So again, what is the difference between renting a house and renting an apartment when it comes to "paying someone's mortgage"?
He just learned that complexes can be owned by individuals bro...

Property taxes and insurance are apart of the escrow. The escrow is included in the mortgage.

So the only way you’ll be paying property taxes if you own your property outright. At that point if you took the time and paid a property off you’re be stupid not pay property tax it’s a small percentage on the value of the property at the time of sale.

That’s like saying when you earn income and you pay a tax. Do you own the money or not. If you don’t pay the tax IRS gonna send you a bill. You pay property tax on your vehicle whenever you renew the registration. You own the car or not.

You must pay sales taxes on all purchases. Nothing is sure, except death and taxes, as they have been saying for generations.

My nikka I'm talking about when you own the property and not the mortgage.

Property tax in Jersey is about $5,000 annually on average.

I'm on zillow look at houses for rent in JERSEY and its about an average $2500 a pop. EVERY MONTH.

:francis:

I used Jersey as a reference cause they tend to have the highest property taxes. You got certain areas where property tax ain't even $1000 for the year.

Once again :francis:

Maintenance guy just fixed my a/c within 24 hours with no extra cost to me. When I had a house small repairs would drive me crazy and HOA is extremely annoying. But owning is a blessing in the right market . Salute to those that own and benefit from it.
