It varies depending on how we split the shifts. Its me and my boy handling security here, just us and we have the freedom to split the shifts whatever way we want. There are 7 nights shifts and two day shifts in a week but one person has to do a minimum of 3 night shifts. If you to the minimum 3 nights the whole month while the other does the 4 nights and 2 days, it is £3500 take home thats after tax in that month for the one doing 4 nights and 2 days and the minimum shift of only 3 nights is still £1500 take home. But we can edit the shift pattern week to week depending on our plans on simply just wanting to have more time off one week so it varies.
