Questions Regarding Keyboard, Computer and MV8800

I've had this cheap Casio keyboard for a long time. I bought it to try it out, and hook it up to my MV.

The keyboard doesn't have any MIDI outlets. All it has is a USB. Will a USB to midi cable allow me to record sound from the board to the MV?

Also, is it possible to download the rhythms from the keyboard onto a computer?

Midi will only sync notes ie if you used the mv for it's sequencer and played notes from the keyboard they would sync up you also need to use the audio out from the keyboard to get the sound out of it I would recommend connecting both to a daw or if you use a hardware device to record your music you would need to connect the audio outs from both the keyboard and mv to track the sounds from both devices. daw with audio outs from both devices>>mv8800>>keyboard midi synced to mv8800
