Bloodclaat would be a pad or tampon so blood cloth. Bumboclaat would be something u use to wipe ur ass. So if someone said " Move yuh bumbo!" That would mean move your ass.
jamaica is a 3rd world country so they dont have tampons/pads (some of the good areas do now but when the phrase was made they didnt )
so they put a cloth in there panties to catch the blood when they're on there period
so basically they're calling u a bloody period pad
