They're in a division,where you dont exactly need a competent QB to win the division, they can afford to not have even a pedestrian QB for atleast 2 seasons.

If they want a QB they can send Andre Johnson over to the Eagles. Then they can pick whatever QB they want Sanchez, Barfley, or GJ Kinne.

Hell since Bill O'Brien is good friends with Chip he can get the 2 for 1 deal.
