But I can't say I haven't done the same/walked out on break without telling anyone.

because the money youd have to pay me to go against my ethics and feel like shyt would have to be waaaaaaaaay more than what i was getting. every man should have a code they live by. nobody is gonna make me go against that code and have me feeling like shyt for some wack pay.
i already got an interview lined up tomorrow at another job.
i know my value as a man. see before i would have stayed and did that shyt and let grown men belittle me like that. not anymore. im grown. i know my value. good luck getting someone else in to do that kind of work for that pay. aint no mexicans in the uk so good luck.

I'm in the same predicament. My job has me doing the workload for 2 people and they stop paying my weekly bonus. Talking bout they don't do that shot no more. Than they critique my work knowing they can't do it themselves. I'm just waiting to September to finish paying off these lil debt I owe than I'm out.that was like 2 years ago
tried to make me do the workload of 2 people while he did fukk all. i wouldnt mind if the pay represented what i was doing. but he was paying me shyt and treating me like worse. so i left work at 12pm half way thorugh the day and told him he can do all this shyt today and see how it feels. i know my value.
