Quote notification system

Just me or does it only show certain quotes? I've been quoted in threads recently and haven't got a notification but other times I have, anyone else got something similar

we're eventually going to get it fixed but we have some other shyt first we're trying to take care of...

for now we're just going to leave it in its ghetto form..it works about 65% of the time
