Growing up reading the Source I constantly was ranting about the bullshyt ratings in the mag and basically only trusted 2 names to give an honest accurate review, in fact if it was an album I was anticipating the first thing I did before reading the review was go the end and look to see if it was authored by Allen S. Gordon The Ebony Cat or Soren Baker, it would be decades later before I would put a face to the name and for some reason I thought Soren was a girls name so seeing him on Unique Access was a surprise for sure lol, one of the few hip hop journalists with integrity from the jump til now. I hope he gets to spread the good word for another 30, salute to him.

Taking care of your mental health is a day to day active process, especially as black men. Have to be proactive in getting right as you get older that could mean; meditation, working out, therapy, reconnecting with family you have grown apart from, travelling, trying new things, journalling.........Money, women and reputation come and go but you have to look at your own reflection in the mirror at night.
This is some real shyt, hope ppl dont gloss over this.

Buck signed C-Bo to Cashville while he still had motion and C-Bo brought the Outlawz over to Cashville to get a check and a look too. Didn't pan out how ppl had hoped but some great music was made during those times.

I remember this record they did

got damn that was a hard sad watch.

shyt really had a nikka fighting back tears.

Great watch tho and salute to you for posting it. I follow Rock on youtube and didn't get a chance to watch this until now.
Ill be honest it depressed the shyt out of me last nite watching it, the thing is once somebody mind is made up they’re gonna go through with doing it no matter how hard people try and show love or support, if it’s not tomorrow it could be next month. We all need a support system around us and it’s just sad that Noble couldn’t pull it around and see light at the end of the tunnel. My father went out in the same way when I was 14, I know too well about this topic. It does hit home. Noble will never be forgotten, just like the rest of them, and he made 2pac proud and kept it 100 at all times since 96.

And this is on repeat today :mjcry:
