These charges against kells so far look like at most he'll get a year or 2. And that's if doesn't take plea deals.

What I think he's saying is, from a biological stand-point, once your body is past puberty you are no longer a child. The age of 18 is just an arbitrary number man has used. Biology determines when you are an adult, not law.

You know these nikkas are mind slaves. Few years ago you could smoke at 18 now you cant smoke till 21. Like the human body evolved within a 50 year window or some shyt. The states among themselves cant even agree upon the age of consent.
