A prime example of this is Obama. I remember first term. The lowest white man didn’t want to call him Mr President but rather Obama or Barack Hussein. The lowest white man always think their higher than the highest black man. If you have a black supervisor over whites I guarantee they disrespectful and complain about management all day.
