Look at everything he's ever rapped about and lived through

• growing up with activist parents opposing racism and white supremacy
• growing up in racist chicago neighborhoods and socioeconomic conditions
• dealing with urban stereotypes when he first came out
• trying to prove he's one of the "good ones"
• trying to prove his genius in a white dominated art and fashion world
• trying to be the biggest star in a racist world
• trying to have political opinions and speak for black people in a racist world
• having to juggle the fact he really may love Kim K or Amber or even Alexis Phiffer but having to answer to the racist stereotypes of the world set before him and his public relationships
• trying to find the message in being an iconoclast which happens to end up being synonymous with the biggest a$$hole in presidential history
• proving he has business acumen in a world that limits black entertainers

Everything he's done and faced and ultimately been driven crazy over was about white supremacy trying to control this kid from chicago


Now...I DO NOT condone everything he's ever said or done...but it really all comes down to racism

Heres the thing...Kanye was really the first ...non-hood rapper who made it big. Dude didn't grow up with that sort of edge that you see in just about every other rapper so he reaches these heights and realizes that he had more faith in the average human than his peers did but he doesn't know how to change things.

This time, he is capitalizing on currently social issues, and race creates a lot of tension, talk, and publicity. The problem is, this is a REAL issue for us, and going off code like this makes us look stupid, and racists feel justified in their disdain for us.
