i don't know the laws in Tenn if that's where he shot that vid, but i'm sitting here thinking that down here in texas maybe someone could've shot him. one of the laws of carrying is that you can't instigate a fight and then shoot someone and claim self-defense. that's one of the first things you learn in the class. but you can shoot someone if they're committing a felony and you witness it. in this atmosphere, a crakkka walking around a Black area trying to instigate a confrontation by calling Black people chimps and n_ _ _ _ _ _ (isn't that a hate crime) and then either reaching for/actually pulling a gun would have me believing he's out here looking to kill someone. at the very least what he did was "brandishing" under the law, and you can do time for that along with losing your gun rights.
what we need to be doing is contacting someone in the legal profession to see how to proceed against him. there's plenty of witnesses, like the employees of that store. make it so whatever donations he gets are spent immediately trying to keep his stupid ass outta jail.
and is there a link to that plea he made for money? whoever posted it first didn't put a link, i don't think, and i haven't read through the entire thread, but i'd like to leave a comment on his page helping to explain in the very clearest of terms exactly why he's such a fukkin loser, and give him my very best wishes on what i hope will be a future of quiet desperation, which it seems is engulfing him now.
