It’s clearly a upgrade over 2018, its not as noticeable as horizon because GoW had a lower ceiling for improvements. Watch this video you can clearly see the improvement on geometry, lighting, particles, reflections etc. the water is a good indicator, this is pretty much pushing the ps4 beyond its limits.
