You don’t understand what these people start doing. Blowing up all your social media, sending these things to your family members, calling you and your family non-stop, etc.
For a young teenager, it probably seemed like something that would follow him forever. Kids don’t have the ability to fully comprehend long term consequences which is why they can’t with contracts without a guardian.
