all you need to own a legal weed business is money

they is a gang of brehs in the legal weed buisness

they just keep a really low profile

there is one a couple blocks from my house that is owned by a breh:myman:

you can cop a fully operational grow spot for a million in cali

small turn key fully operational dispensary in cali starts at 1.5 mill goes up to 8 but thats a mile from beverly hills and does a million in sales a year right now

you can cop one in colorado for $395,000

ralo allegedly lost two shipments worth over a milli a piece thats two million right there

its completely legal at the state level

you do that same shyt in other states and your going to prison for years:ghf466:

growing legally, and selling it legally is not worth it imo.

I had the opportunity to buy a farm from a few months back, and after doing the math i decided against it.

its really hard work, the laws change everyday, and there is so much competition.

most of the growers i know are not making much money, there are a lot of growers in northern cali, and southern oregon with a ton of weed, and no real way to sell it legally.

ralo lost almost a 1000 pounds but i bet you that was all outdoor that he paid no more than 500-800 a unit for.

me personally i would never get into just because the legal headaches

for around the same money you can cop a McDonalds and not even have to worry about shyt:obama:

it's definitely a buyers market but if you got some exclusive strains your good as a legal grower:myman:

i think the good steady money is in retail but even if the state gives you a license the fedz didn't

it's interesting to watch it all play out

Yeah, the game is really interesting in SD, and Cali, in general. I've said before on here I was part of a deal, for partner/ownership in a deal I brokered, found the financing for, it didn't work, but it was 1.1 just to buy the spot. It was ground up, not turn key. So, the shops in SD that are legal, they have all the buying power, and the growers up north have very little leverage.

The LEGAL shops won't get touched by feds, unless they are laundering money, or concealing proceeds, something like that. Most of the guys in real legal shops, are straight up white collar, corporate industry people, not street guys. There are some very criminal white collar guys in the game though, but most don't own dispos.

The narrative that Ralo could just come to Cali is false, and lacks real understanding of both games. I'd bust the same move Ralo did, eyes closed, right now, I just wouldn't move the way he did.

On the topic of George Jung, he lives in OB, my homie said he'd introduce us, or try, I said he's an old snitch, fukk out of here lol

Just San Diego's big brother, more expensive, more competition, more innovation. A lot, if not all, of the strains are in LA and Nor Cal, and a lot of the newest trends, whether wax (back in 15) edibles, pens, cartridges, "weed in a can" come from LA. They set a lot of the trends.

If one may struggle to get in in SD, they'll fail in LA, for sure. Honestly, it's closed out already, unless you have serious capital, or close contacts that will let you in, or do business with you, it's over.

That was a reference to his pre rap career, he made it to the big screen now, unfortunately. Had he been moving on this level years earlier, he would have ended up here a long time ago.

You know your shyt when it comes to babylon's system so don't take this as a shot, but Ralo been getting it for a minute and didn't end up here earlier because he wasn't screaming "look at me, listen to me" back then. In the opinion of a few people with knowledge of the situation, being a rapper is the sole reason that he got jammed up. He was running the bluff and that shyt is like the walking dead, open air drugs and cops nowhere in sight. 12 does not give one single fukk about black junkies living in poverty. But when you are famous enough that your bust can give an overzealous prosecutor a career boost (politics, private practice, government sector) it's time to leave the fast money alone. I know more than a few Ralo's in Atlanta but none of them have shirts with their crew's name on them and they definitely aren't taunting the authorities while getting 50,000 likes on the post. I already gave you the run down over a year ago.

my bro told me last night when I brought him up that Ralo was trapping forever and is known as a good guy when it comes to business, never finessing robbing or crossing people he got money with. He never saw Ralo with jewelry, the newest car or throwing money in strip clubs until he started rapping so he easily could of ran up Ms by stacking his money.

I'm not going to get into much details, but there are ways around this system.

All of these states are doing everything they can to kill the black market.

cali laws are actually a lot less strict than a place like or.

almost every single grower i know, and i know well over 50 sell illegally.

shyt one grower selling to another grower is illegal.
If you planning on being a legal entity in Cali you have to be permitted and licensed to sell.

Im not saying the black market wont thrive.

Im saying you won't be able to do major grows, im speaking on metric tons, not a few 100 packs here and there.

If you have a large facility and you are growing, youll eventually be force to get licensed or pay penalties and shut down.
