Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) used to congratulate his companions when the month of Ramadan would arrive. It's a great blessing to be granted another opportunity to witness this month once again in our lifetimes. Make the most out of it. The point of Ramadan is not about abstaining from food and drink. That's just the means. The point of Ramadan is to increase your awareness of God. Ramadan is a proof against us. If you can stop yourself from the permissible for His sake, you sure can handle the impermissible. Ramadan is a noble guest, and we must honor it accordingly.
May God facilitate and accept all your acts of worship and obedience and elevate you all to the highest stations. May He alleviate the burdens of those who are in tribulation, guide the misguided, and make firm those who are on His path.
