I'm asian and we usually throw an egg in at the end and mix it up. My friends dad does this dry style with no soup and mixes in ground beef.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
I used to prepare the greatest exotic roman noodle recipes for my ex.

*sighs*

U ever start making a dish that reminds u of somebody u used to adore cuz u always made it for her, then being emotionally gutted in the concoction stage, completing it, taking that first bite and remembering that u didnt add any seasoning/flavoring...

But it tasted fine because of the extensive tears u accidentally shed into the ingredients during preparation?

I do.

Errtime im in the kitchen. That stove top reminiscing.

Always adding the right amount of stock n broth... Cuz of the measuring digits on that pyrex red label vision.

(but its only her that im missing)

I usually mix in ground beef. Add a lil' Lawry's since they never give you enough seasoning.

Might try the tilapia one Black Jesus mentioned.

I go to Chinatown and there's a grocery store that has an isle just for ramen with all the weird flavors you've never heard of

they also sell the noodles in a large bag with no seasoning for those that make their own flavoring
