Random, but why do people act like things aren't implied?

this happens enough in real life, of course but i mostly see it on boards. someone will make a statement, and another poster will read into it and if it doesn't agree with them you get the inevitable "where in my post did you get that from?". it's like...did you actually read your own post or think about what you were saying? lmao.

nikkas get their logic turned on them daily and then try to cop pleas.

i guess what i'm saying is, post responsibly or end up an angry 'black' munchkin like @Negro the Magnificent :mjlol:

I know what you're saying but it's a slippery slope assuming what a person's line of reasoning is.

I've had conversations with people and in my head I thought I knew where the next 3 or 4 questions/answers were going and wound up being completely wrong.
And sometimes, I was pleasantly surprised at being wrong.

So yeah, I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

that's fair, for sure. it's just funny to see people spout opinions like they are facts and then try to e-flex when they get their world rocked or pretend they were trolling.

Well, there's some old quote...."Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but no one is entitled to their own facts" -- or something like that.

So yeah, if you're calling someone out for being wrong...it's pathetic to see them try to save face by chalking it up to "trolling"

I have no problem with the perceived implications. I do however have issues with those who refuse to elaborate on their implications. If you imply something, have the bullock to take on challenges or questions, don't retreat!

Mean what you say, say what you mean.
