they improved the current gen Sport model so much, now it actually performs like the nameplate it was created to represent.

first gen Sport is :trash:
the only thing that model came close to being a real Range Rover was the price tag. :scusthov:

the Evoque doesn't even qualify as a "R.R." just a nameplate to get em' out the door. :camby:

if you're in the market and have the funds, go for the original Range or look elsewhere.

I went to the dealership to look at an Evoque when they first dropped. When the salesman took me to the car for the test drive I almost told him I changed my mind because I wouldn't be caught dead in that shyt.

The problem with anything Land Rover makes is tha depreciation is high, so lease payments are way up there.

And if you buy you're going to take a nose dive once year 3 rolls around.

And if you buy used there's a reason that they are dirt cheap at 3 years old....with no warranty you're driving a ticking time bomb.

So my answer to this question is a used MB G550

With that being said....my 2012 RRS with stainless exhaust got nikkas mad when I skate down the street
