2009 saints might be the most underrated team ever
They cheated, and the 2009 Colts were schedule cupcakes whose pythagorean wins were closer to a 10-6/9-7 team. They got lucky Green Bay gassed out the Cardinals in the WC and then got a vintage Favre wtf throw across the body to get them to the Superbowl. 2011 Saints were probably better but faced stiffer competition. 2007 Pats Colts Packers and Cowboys would all beat 09 Saints IMO.

In all my years on this forum this could be the dumbest shyt I ever read :dead: the same saints team that whooped on Tom Brady on national TV, Minnesota and Indy were clearly the only other 2 elite teams that year and they beat both of them. No one told Minnesota to fumble the ball like 8 times they weren’t ready for the moment

:pachaha: Also, no one told them to lose all of their Road games in the 2nd half of the season. :jordanfacepalm:

Had they won them, the NFC Title game is in the Metrodome instead of the Superdome.

Between the fumbles, having 12 players on the field at a key stage of the game, and :smugfavre: tryna be the hero and sharing his "fun" with Tracy Porter, that L was their own damn fault.

Plus, the 2009 NFC Title Game was getback for all the horrid things those Purple bytches Of MinneapoLis did to the Saints. :pacspit:

1987 :pacspit:

2000 :pacspit:

2002 :pacspit:

2004 :pacspit:

Bonus: 1998 :dame: :scust: :pacspit:

I was just telling somebody that I don’t think we getting the respect we deserve for the season we had last year.

Only Tampa beat us convincingly. The Falcons loss was flukey as hell and we lost to a solid division rival in the commanders.

The general lack of respect for Hurts is why we not getting more respect.

Surprised ESPN held it down though.

We’ve got a fan here who hates the Vikings because of the way they of all teams tormented his favorite team :dahell:? Goddamn, the saints pre 2006 history was way darker than I realized :picard:
