The Mercatus Center at George Mason University recently released their annual freedom ranking.
The results are generated by combing scores for three main categories: fiscal, regulatory, and personal freedom.

I was going to @ you, but I figured it would be better to let you get that karmic ether by surprise

All that shiiting on the south was going to come back to find you ... ....... and shiit I like NY.

However, for me when it gets down to business regulation, there is a lot contradicting things going on there ...cause what one place call business freedom another place calls environmental destruction ... so that level of "freedom" always sort of has me tightwalking the fence ...
