Production on this is solid, for the most part.

The beats sound a lot like the kinda sh*t Primo used to use for interludes, back in the day. He really blessed Ran with this one.

Somebody on IG told Ran that he "raps like a security guard". Now I can't unhear that sh*t! HAHA!!

He definitely has a stiff delivery (pause) but his pen is so sharp. There’s no denying him as a writer.

I feel like the "Preemo type beat" that's a lot of peoples' favorite of his is actually my least favorite. Amazing Graces and Chaos is My ladder both have that kind of slower plodding/stomping piano beats. They aren't bad, they're just the least interesting type of beats he does.

It's weird how my tastes have changed over the past 10 years. In the past I liked those type of his beats way more. The ones that were very simple and straightforward. My favorites on here are the ones where he letting the sample play out a little more and where he's chopping a little bit less aggressively.

Premo sounds good, some beats I still think would sound better if he added hi hats, usually when he has no hi hats the beats feel plodding and formulaic. A good teaser for the Nas album
