Listening to this kids tape and I just thought about how the current sound is what DJ Paul and Juice were doing 20 yrs ago which is insane.
The interesting thing though is Rappers in that time were just as young (high school age to early 20s) and did drugs but could still rap their behinds off.
Why is that? I sometimes think Jay Z saying he didnt write which then had Wayne say he didnt write which made all these current dudes "freestyle" aka get high and just ramble on the mic.
Gangsta Boo was 17 or 18yrs old on this and out raps anyone of the current gen of young up and comers, and dont let me get started on Lord Infamous
