Always had high hopes for Raphael, but sadly he's largely hit or miss. When he hits he's golden but his misses are grand canyon size. He's said that Tony Toni tone, was all of them collaborating not just him. And it shows when it's just him.

Me too. Bar was set high for his work. His music with TTT and Lucy Pearl was great.

When he went solo with Ask Of You he really succeeded.
