Can't front. Gotta eat my words. This movie was decent. I like kids adventure movies and though there were some clearly impossible, ridiculous things that made no sense. It still made it fun in an unintentional comedy. Astro sounded like he was reading at times but overall not bad. At least he didn't come off like a stereotype, Tyler Perry character. Just a suburban Black kid with White friends. The funniest parts was when this alien had these niguh doing all kinds of crazy stuff for them.
If you like kids adventure movie (and no it's not on classic levels like the Goonies, Stand By Me, etc) mixed with E.T. it might be something you wanna take kids to. The humor overall def. can hit adults. Most kids won't get alot of the jokes. The kids I took were 7 but this movie can basically hit the 10-13 the best to me. Never got bored. But again, it's clearly some ridiculous plot holes, impossible stuff that happen. But if you look at it in a humorous way, you'll be good.

Trailer didn't look bad to begin with for a kid's movie. Little dude looks homeless but might actually have a future in acting
