This album was great, alot more personal than I expected. Pooh reminded me of Crooked I at points with his delivery.

I don't know the reason, but I'll ask him. I downloaded it on Apple Music and didn't realize it was gone until I just looked. If you need a copy of it I'm happy to send it since it's out of print.Dope to see Median, is there a reason why The Sender is out of print and off of DSPs? That album was hella dope, maybe the samples, it dropped on the FE label.
Leg's in NC. He's been working on a new album called I Forgot to Say Goodbye. Chaundon and DJ Flash have a lot of production on it. I heard about half of it and it's really dope. I'm not sure when it's coming out. Scudda owns a bar around ATL and is doing well. Median's just living life and hasn't made music for a long time. Sean Boog quit music for 10 years and then went back to making music. He dropped 3 EPs since 2020 and IMO he's making the best music of his career right now. Chaundon DJs by the name Finian (his real name). Pooh and Phonte both still do music, obviously. Cesar Comanche still makes music and tours in Asia and Europe a decent amount, I think. EA Floe I think is just enjoying life and not doing much music.Man Joe scudda & MEDIAN we’re my favorites out of JL. Where the hell LEGACY been at? When the Lawn fell off it was hard to keep track of these cats
Were you at the Raleigh show? If so we probably spokeDope show last night! Lovin' It shut shyt down per usual. Good chopping it up with Tay and Pooh and finally met Median. s/o to the whole JL

'Pooh’s solo career really reminds me of Ev. And funny enough Pooh making Sleepers gave Ev the final push to make Weatherman. But yeah. Both guys are slow-is flow rappers that have a conversational style. Neither are great at hooks but do have a few catchy ones, and often get vocalists to do hooks for them, or have scratch hooks. Both have immaculate ears for production and are good at highlighting strengths while downplaying weaknesses. Both are considered to have improved leaps and bounds since their early group days. Both guys were in duos. Also, I don’t know if this was the consensus, but I always thought of Rakaa as the main guy in Dilated, and I thought Ev was sort of the back up guy, similar to Pooh and Phonte’s dynamic. '
Obviously Pooh doesn't have the following that Ev has as a solo artist, but I see a lot of similarities in their music.
