“Culture” was the lord’s blessing black people failed to monopolize. It was black’s people one hope for equal footing. Black people should have owned the music business and the various genres they’ve created top to bottom. There should’ve been a serious tax for outsiders. It’s the one thing none of them could lead or lay claim to.
