NEW YORK – Right off the success of his CM7 “The World is Yours” Mixtape, Rapper Yo Gotti is headed into court this morning to settle a dispute with clothing manufacturer New Era over a few hats that were stretched to the point of where only his head would fit in them. “I refuse to believe his head was the only thing placed inside of these hats” Said New Era rep Ryan Brinkley in his argument who claims they do not believe that only a head was placed inside their merchandise, but instead Yo Gotti purposely stretched their hats out during the photo shoot to the point where they’re not salable or able to be reused by other New Era celebrity clients. Yo Gotti’s only comment during the court battle was “The only thing I’m guilty of is being born with this damn head”.
