theres really too many from the 90's-early 00's NYC/Philly mixtape scene to even name. everyone acts like its easy, but when you look at the total number of guys who have tried to make it, and the ones we still talk about today its a small ass number

makes you appreciate guys like Roc Marc, who had a nice situation fall apart after Flipmode Records dissolved, take years off redirect his music and come back to some notoriety. very hard to pull off
