DeCarlos Holloway was arrested on Aug. 3 following an incident that occurred on July 21. Gulfport Police said an unnamed victim was driving north on 30th Avenue when Holloway allegedly drove up beside his vehicle and fired a single shot at him. The round struck the victim and he went to an area hospital where he was treated for his injuries and later released. Holloways bond was set at 250,000."
